The article was referred by a Czech website specialized on free office suites and readers are confused by your claim, because they experience no problems with Czech support in MS Office. Or did you mean another proprietary software?

I'm all for adopting free office suites (I'm member of The Document Foundation), but reasoning must be fair and trustworthy.
