Detta är vad jag skulle vilja höra innan omröstningen av Telekompaketet i parlamentsalen:

Dear delegates and your honor.
We have gathered here for today, to vote in a really important matter. This might not be as big as the question from Shakespeare, To live, or not to live, BUT it might be as important as the question whether German should've been united as one nation or not. Half of the German people didn't have the right to say or do as they wanted. It could be bugged everywhere, and you could get your permission to do things taken away because someone thought that you had done something that wasn't OK. Should we all move back to that time? Should we take away something important as the Internet because he MIGHT have downloaded something illegal. Shouldn't he be able to pay his bills because he MAYBE did download something a while ago? And IF you actually think that, should that be the ISP's work? Should the ISP shut off certain things for their customers because they might have acted wrong? If anyone should do it, then it should be the police, and the police got their hands full enough to not care about illegal copies! What we should vote about is diseases, how to handle the finance crisis and put our full attention to the environmental problems!
